I loved lounging by the outdoor pool and enjoying the great views from the courtyard area. The room was well-sized and comfy, making it a cozy retreat after a long day. A minor issue was the shower, which had a bit of a quirky temperature control, but it didn’t ruin the experience! 🌊

We loved the hotel's prime location near the stunning Corniche, perfect for our evening walks with the family. The room was cozy and surprisingly comfortable for our stay. Plus, we enjoyed having a delicious meal at the nearby sushi restaurant. Great option!
In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process was a bit slow. A better system for families would enhance the experience.

Stunning views but some maintenance issues
The location offered beautiful views of the Red Sea, especially from my room in the annex building. the bathroom was quite cramped and the shower temperature was inconsistent, which dampened my overall experience.

The Sheraton in Jeddah has an old charm that makes it unique. I appreciated the spacious guest room with a beautiful city view. The decor adds character, making you feel like you're in a classic hotel. The cleanliness was immaculate, which is always a plus. I encountered some inconveniences, like the air conditioning that struggled between too cold and too weak. I asked four times for a baby crib, which arrived at 2 AM, adding to the frustration. Checking out was slow due to the staff member being preoccupied with a personal call. It would have been nice to receive more attention during that process. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the welcoming attitude of the staff like Jibin, who always served with a smile. Food preferences were well attended to, especially being a vegetarian. The surrounding areas also enhanced the experience with scenic views.

I had an amazing experience at this place. The staff really made a difference. the front desk was so friendly and Mr Tarek welcomed me with a smile, it felt like home. Plus, I absolutely loved their vegetarian pizza, had it for three days straight, it's that good!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you get what you pay for and I think it’s still acceptable.

The staff were incredibly helpful. Ziad Tareq Gosti at front desk made check-in seamless. The location offers spectacular views of the Red Sea and easy access to various restaurants nearby.
The air conditioning could be more efficient. It was either too cold or not cool enough, making it hard to find a comfortable setting.

the staff was super friendly and helpful, made checkin smooth, and even helped us with our heavy luggage. i loved that we got an extra hour for check-out, felt like they really cared. plus, we got a free water bottle at the beach club, which was nice! the swimming experience was amazin, saw loads of colorful fishes!
the hotel feels kinda outdated and the room wasn't cleaned properly when we arrived. also, the air conditioning was a bit noisy, which made sleep difficult sometimes.
